Sharron Angle Was Right!

Sharron Angle, the opponent of Senate Democrat Leader Harry Reid, during last year’s election said the following:

“I hope that’s not where we’re going, but, you know, if this Congress keeps going the way it is, people are really looking toward those Second Amendment remedies and saying my goodness what can we do to turn this country around?”

In other words, Angle with her wisdom warned that if Democrats don’t back off with their defiance against the American public, such as pushing for ObamaCare, it will incite people to use weapons. Here we go a few months later: an Obamacare-voting Democrat was shot by someone who indeed used second amendment remedies against her.

    Finally, someone has the guts to admit this was a Right-wing Obama-hater bent on exercising his 2nd Amendment rights against those with whom he disagrees! Kudos to you sir on your honesty!

      I was only following the Left’s theme that the actions of politicians, who support certain laws, such as anti illegal laws in Arizona, are at fault for violence it “sparks”

        How is it the “Left’s theme” when you’re referencing and praising something Sharron Angle said? Are you saying your post was a joke? An ironic jest aimed squarely at the absurdity of employing “Second Amendment remedies” for political differences? If so, then bravo. You got me. I thought you were totally serious! Man, you should write for Leno.

          She didnt say/suggest that people SHOULD use 2′and amendmend! She only warned that going against the American public WILL drive people to do crazy things – and indeed it did happen.

    What does that have to do with the “Left’s theme” of blaming politicians who don’t follow the will of the people for violence? Since when is that a theme of the Left? Since when is Angle a spokesperson for the Left? What on God’s green earth are you on about, sir?

    Also, you’re a day behind on your Right-wing talking points. The current line is that the shooter was a Marxist/Democrat/Liberal who either hated Giffords because she wasn’t liberal enough or was just a random crazy person. Angle is saying (and it can be assumed you agree, since the title of your post is “Sharron Angle was Right!”) that when politicians defy the American public “such as pushing for ObamaCare, it will incite people to use weapons,” like the shooter. So that’s a no-no. That’s why your post was deleted from Freep and why no one on the Right will take your point seriously. Because they can’t. To do so would be to invite uncomfortable questions about culpability.

      Theme of the Left? Well when violence erupted in AZ after tough Imigration Law, the Right and the Repub Governor were blamed for it; not those doing it. so same here: Dems “sparked” this shooting by ignoring the American people.

      As to “talking points of the Right:”

      1) I have my own opinion.

      2) Indeed, shooter was crazy or at best a Lefty Communist not happy with the Blue Dog Dem who was only one of 19 Dems to vote against Speaker Pelosi (she is DEAD to me!, as a blogger at Daily Koss had a post there for afew days). I am only saying, that even IF – as the Left claims – the shooter was from the Right, it is the the policies of the Left that is at fault, based on how Dems pin blame in other cases that the policies are at blame.

      You follow? If you dont, read it again…

    it sounds crazy to me to take the story on both sides from one hand you say it has nothing to do with the right but from the other hand you take a point from this story to praise this crazy angle

      The Anlgle angle is only speaking according to the Dem talking point that he is a Right’winger… But by no means do I think that a person whose only “favored” clip on You Tub was a burning American flag, has anything to do with the TP

    Personally, i believe this guy is crazy; neither left or right. How can one person burn flags, yet revere constitution, yet believe american gov’t behind 9/11, and he was atheist too… and obsessed with grammar. how can such person be given any label?

    He is mentally ill schizophrenic and now more stuff coming out about him how is mental state was becoming very bad in last few years but you know since he is white and was crime against democrat who voted for health care who was threatened by other person has to be it was because of health care that’s where left is going although this guys manifesto says nothing of that sort (the fact that he has manifesto shows he is crazy like unibomber and many other too)

      Regarding that DLC map of 2004, you goto LOVE how Leftist columnists are splitting hairs this morning saying that map had “bullseye” symbles, not crosshairs as Palin did. You know… as if this guy – IF he was at all motivtaed by maps – would know a diff between a Bullseye and a Crosshairs.
