Leiby Kletzky Memorial Fund Raises $200,000 in Less Than Four Days

The Leiby Kletzky Memorial Fund went public Wednesday July 20, when The Kletzky Family concluded Shiva. Since then, the fund raised almost $200,000. This is a remarkable amount as is, especially when factoring in that the Shabbos prohibited its mostly Jewish donors from contributing for a stretch of more than 25 hours.

At the time of this writing, Sunday July 24 6:39 PM, the fund already raised a total of $194,216 from between 4,266 donors. This brings the average contribution to $45.53; which is slightly lower than the first few hours last Wednesday when the average contribution topped $51.00.
