Courant.com Reports: Connecticut voters can cast ballots in the April 24, 2012 Presidential Preference Primary even if they wait to register as late as the day before, Secretary of the State Denise Merrill said Monday.
Unaffiliated voters will have that same deadline – April 23, 2012 – to enroll in a major party and vote on primary day.
Connecticut will be part of a regional primary as New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Delaware citizens also will vote on April 24.
