Political Punch Reports: For the first time in the presidential primary campaign, Democrats are turning their web video and “rapid response” email attack machine on former House Speaker Newt Gingrich.

Just hours after the ABC News presidential debate in Iowa Saturday, the Democratic National Committee blasted the GOP front-runner in a 90-second ad, labeling him the “original Tea Partier.”

    Team Gingrich has already said that the White house will be his scheduler, To me it looks like the DNC has been hired to do his ads, Team Gingrich can’t be happier with a ad like this…..

    Does this mean that Obama wants to run against Gingrich rather then Romney? I can see that kind of thinking, In a general election Romney can take away more Independent/Dem votes from Obama then Newt, #WhoKnows

    Now that i watched this video, I really think that Newt himself put out this ad in the name of the DNC to rally conservatives, Have no clue why the DNC would put out such a ad!
