Yossi’s Bio
A son of immigrants, Yossi Gestetner is a young and intuitive voice on the Jewish American news scene. He is gaining an audience for his candid commentary and clear examination of the issues facing the Jewish Community in New York and across this great country. Starting in 2005, his opinion pieces and articles appeared in Yiddish and English publications; in print and online editions; within and outside the Jewish Community. Yossi’s insights were broadcast on NY television and radio programs, and quoted in reports of national publications such as The Washington Post, Politico and The New York Daily News.
Yossi’s voice has also been disseminated through his Public Relations and Marketing firm Gestetner & Co., representing corporate, charitable and political organizations who are seeking to gain an entry – or to expand its presentce – in a broad spectrum of Jewish Communities nationwide. Orthodox Jewish and Hasidic Community leaders have utilized Yossi’s energy and marketing expertise for Advocacy work on behalf their respective communities at challenging times.
Born and raised in New York, Yossi was a four year student at the accredited Rabbinical Seminary of Adas Yereim in Brooklyn.
